The first track is an adaptation of folk musician Tim Hardin's "How Can We Hang On to a Dream?", retitled "Hang on to a Dream". Track two is a new composition, titled "Avalanche". Tracks three through five ("All My Colours (Zimbo)", "Silver" and "Angels and Devils") are refreshed versions of earlier releases. The original EP closes with a cover of Bob Dylan's "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue", retitled "It's All Over Now". When it was re-released in 2003, two supplemental songs were included: "Baseball Bill" (Electrafixion version) and "Baseball Bill (Sgt Fuzz Remix)".
